Warranty
All Residential & Commercial work done by 1st Response Plumbing comes with a standard 60-90 day warranty for labor, unless otherwise written on the invoice.
Our maintenance and service work falls under a Specialty license which we are covered by our bond/ insurance. Which are in place incase of any claims against 1st Response Plumbing.
All parts / items installed are backed by Manufacturer warranties but labor is not included in any additional repair cost in the future.
Drain / sewer cleaning jobs do not come with any warranty due to the unforeseen issues with roots and customers misuse of drains and disposal use (unforeseen debris being put down drains ).

Action upon the bond or deposit brought by a residential homeowner for breach of contract by a party to the construction contract shall be commenced by filing the summons and complaint with the clerk of the appropriate superior court within two years from the date the claimed contract work was substantially completed or abandoned, whichever occurred first. Action upon the bond or deposit brought by any other authorized party shall be commenced by filing the summons and complaint with the clerk of the appropriate superior court within one year from the date the claimed labor was performed and benefits accrued, taxes and contributions owing the state of Washington became due, materials and equipment were furnished, or the claimed contract work was substantially completed or abandoned, whichever occurred first.
